Mickaela is the Director of Operations at BRUSA Sports.

Working in operations and project management in the banking, management consulting and data science industries, she’s a dab hand at making sure things run smoothly in the background. This includes building athlete profiles, working through admissions and finances.

Mickaela has a B.com Honours in Economics from the University of Johannesburg. She played field hockey, baseball, softball and swam throughout her studies.
