About Zao
Zao Cheron is an explosive winger with strong technique, accurate crossing, and confident 1v1 execution. Hailing from Haiti, with Canadian citizenship, Zao is currently at the International Development Academy in Valencia, Spain.
Zao joined IDA in the 11th Grade and is currently going into his third year at the academy. He plays for IDA’s U19 team as well as the Quart U19 club team in Valencia.
Zao is looking to join a top university soccer program in Fall 2026 where he looks to study sports while playing at the highest level.
